Manifesting Your Dreams Made Easy

For the past several weeks I have been researching meditation as it relates to manifesting your dreams and desires.  Although I have been meditating at least twice daily for several months and doing so has really relieved a lot of stress and has relaxed me quite a bit.

Anyhow, I was reading about Jose’ Silva and The Silva Method of meditation which is very interesting and explores mediation as a way to manifest your deepest desires which is just the tip of the iceberg as far as Jose Silva is concerned.  I have also been reading The Answer by John Assaraf and Murray Smith which talks about neuro-reconditioning as a way to change the sub-conscious mind to reflect your desires and create a positive mind from the use of affirmations, visualizations etc.  Still just the very tip of the iceberg.  And we all remember the hit movie The Secret.  All great stuff but I was struggling with how to make all these techniques work for regular people like me, and with so much information I was becoming overwhelmed with trying to collect quality information for myself and my clients.

There is a ton of information out there about The Law of Attraction, so much that it can cause information overload.  When all most of us really want it to live the best life possible on our own terms and live authentically.   If you are like I was when first learning about The Law of Attraction then I am sure you have a ton of material to read and just as many techniques to try, not knowing which one will actually work for you.

I have used many different techniques, flopping back and forth between techniques, dismissing one for the newest technique I come across.  Until I put together my very own toolkit that puts LoA to work and fast.

I am going to show you how to manifest your deepest desires.  This will take everything you think you know about LoA and put it in one place, one package, and with only one intent.

Mmmm Mmmm Good!

A few weeks or maybe months ago I started to meditate.  Things were flowing great. I was destressing, relaxing and feeling less tired.  All because I was quieting the mind for a few minutes everyday.  Then all of a sudden I stopped.  You know all the reasons, no time, family interference with your personal time, and so many more.  I decided to re-commit myself to that personal time no matter what, and heres why.

I was reading up on some meditation techniques and came across this great blog post on Pick The Brain.  The author  Tejvan Pettinger does a great job talking about the benefits of meditating.  Here is an excerpt

Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we experience inner peace in the midst of worldly turmoil. This elusive inner peace is what attracts so many people to meditation and is a quality everyone can benefit from.

What are the Benefits of Meditation?

I’ve been meditating twice a day for the past 9 years because I enjoy it. It may seem strange, but I feel happiest when sitting in perfect silence. The experience is difficult to express in words. It is akin to the “peace that passeth understanding”. It is also true that every meditation is not the same. Sometimes meditation is a struggle to control the mind, while at other times it feels effortless.
