As I sat at my desk looking out my window I am inspired to write this post. Thought run around in my head about life and how to live inspired. What I desire most is to live an inspired life. I want my actions to be lead by something greater then me. That something is my source energy The Divine. I can spend an entire day doing, doing and doing then at the end of the day I don’t feel the least bit satisfied and I may feel burnt-out. Living a life inspired is satisfying beyond belief and energizing to say the least, and I want more. Often times we live our lives in a controlled, must do, must know fashion. We sometimes forget to just let life happen.
Living inspired is about knowing what you want and letting life lead you too it. When I listen to Abraham-Hicks I feel so inspired to just be. To live in a way that I create. Creating doesn’t mean taking constant action. More often them not it means just being. After all we are Human Beings not Human Doings which I was reminded by a guest at my Law of Attraction Mastermind Group.
One thing I always tell people is to take inspired action and not just act. Action without inspiration leads to undesirable outcomes. Yes, we must act, but first we my just be. When I say just be I mean connect to your source be in harmony with it. Wayne Dyer speaks about this in his Power of Intention DVD. He gives a list called The Dyer Dozen-Connecting with Intention. Number four on his list is Stay In Rapport with Source Energy. In Joe Vitale’s Zero Limits he talks about Getting to Zero to be closer to The Divine. From them I come to the conclusion that we are indeed connected to our Source, The Divine, or God. You can decide for yourself…
Once we truly understand that we are one with our Source then and only then will we be inspired to take the actions that lead us to what we desire. Inspiration comes when we are quiet and just being. Being one with our Source and listening. Source is in you and all you have to do is listen for directions.
Humans get so caught up in doing they forget to just be. Have you ever said, I just don’t have time to sit around? Do you know anyone who makes an effort to show you they are constantly working or doing something? It seems like we have been programmed to work, work, work, do, do, do until one day we realize that we missed out on life, and our lives haven’t been very inspiring. What would it mean if you just took 20 minutes a day to just sit and be? Are you applaud that I would even say that? LOL If you are than it’s time to change your beliefs. Believe or not your beliefs can hold you back in life.
So how do you live inspired you ask, I am going to tell you in some simple steps. Here’s the thing though…you are going to have to follow the steps in order to live inspired, ok?
1. Meditate-sit quietly for 15 minutes twice a day- Meditation is a way to go inside yourself and find Source . You will be quieting the mind so you can be inspired to act.
2.Ask Questions and listen for the answers.
3. Stay aware, every answer you receive may not be the most logical, don’t fight it.
4. Stay in harmony with The Divine- Throughout your day and everyday make sure you are always in line with what The Divine would do – meaning are your thoughts and actions positive? If they aren’t change them.
5. Live inspired….
These steps may be short and simple, but they work. Taking action is an integral part of The Law of Attraction, however your actions need to be taken from inspiration not from a desperation and control. Intentions are wonderful and from them you will be inspired to act, but you have to first take time to go inside yourself.
So I have said all I can say on this topic for today, but don’t worry if you would like to get more information on Living Your Bliss The Law of Attraction Quick Success Teleseminar will be happening again 8/14/2010 You don’t want to miss it.
